Greetings to you all!

I wanted to send you all my regards and hopes of good health in these troubled times, when the world seems to be strangely tilted, crooked and unwell. As a distraction from all that is Corona (virus, not the beer) related, I am sending a small selection of very random photos from Iceland, taken over the last few years during travels or work. Hard times hit any nation, though our historical memory is short. Famine and disease have left no mark on the landscape, where forces of erosion and weather leave a mostly inhospitable geology up here in the north. Looking at the geological part of our my surroundings, I feel there is some perspective to be found. Whatever these photos might represent to you, I hope they are a welcomed distraction from the bombardment of bad news.
